Business Beginnings
NLOWE is pleased to offer a business start-up training program as part of the Atlantic Women in Growth Partnership (ACWGP) project. This project is funded by the Federal Government’s WES Fund and is available free of charge to eligible women entrepreneurs.
One of ACWGP’s goals is to increase the participation of under-represented women, such as newcomer women, women with disabilities, indigenous women, rural women, as well as women in non-traditional trades and in STEM-related fields in the women’s entrepreneurial ecosystem in Atlantic Canada.
Business Beginnings is an 8 to 10-week business start-up training program. It is delivered through online and in-person group training so women from anywhere in the province interested in entrepreneurship can get the information, support and direction they need to start their own businesses.
