Buy Local Business Crawl presented by NLOWE. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 12-5 p.m., Burin Peninsula. Women-owned businesses on the Burin peninsula are open for business and are inviting you to stop-by to learn more about the businesses in your community and enter your name for an NLOWE prize draw. Members and staff of NLOWE will also be popping in for a visit. Businesses include Just a Little Something, The Paint Shop, Sew & Sow, and Sharon's Nook and Tea Room in Grand Bank; From Hair to Etanity in Fortune; Newfoundland Treasures in Burin; and Ann's Bakery, Bren-kir, Brennan's Limited, Crystal's Creative Beauty, Dickie's Gifts & Crafts, The Flower Cottage, Thimblebox, and Tilly's Salon & Solarium in Marystown.
