Doing Business with the Government of Canada

Overview of the presentation:

Government of Canada is transitioning federal procurement from paper-based to an online process. This Electronic Procurement Solution will better serve all Canadians wanting to start, or continue, doing business with the Government of Canada, regardless of business size or geographic location.

Procurement Assistance Canada would like to help your company during this period of transition. This seminar will help you learn how to:

  • understand the contracting process.
  • understand how the government is moving federal procurement online, and changing the way government and suppliers interact to buy and sell goods and services.
  • where to find assistance if needed during this period of transition.

About PAC: Procurement Assistance Canada (PAC), as a part of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), makes it easier for smaller and diverse businesses to bid on federal contracts.

PAC’s focus is to inform, assist and engage with businesses to help them better understand how the government buys goods and services, and how to navigate the process to find opportunities.
