Business owners are experiencing more stress than ever. As stress increases, we often let wellness practices slide, or put them on the back burner of our priority lists. In this session, participants will learn the importance of caring about mental wellbeing as business owners; Learn how to build wellbeing (mental and physical) into your busy day; Learn practical tips to make new wellbeing habits and practices stick; Learn how to creatively support your own wellbeing when it feels like there is no time; Learn how to feel motivated and find support when you feel overwhelmed; and Real talk about the realities of business ownership and wellbeing - not just an "exercise will make you feel better" conversation, but a dive into the "how" and the "why". Workshop objectives include tangible tips/takeaways to support wellbeing and goals; Identify and understand common excuses that get in our way of supporting our own physical and mental wellbeing, and how to work through these excuses toward resilience and wellbeing success; Identify wellbeing needs and have a list of creative tools to use to find the unique support needed.
