During this interactive workshop you will learn simple ways to prioritize tasks to ensure you focus on what matters most and tips for tackling “time waster” tasks. Jess will help you understand the role of working memory in being productive, how to best create an environment to support productivity, how to identify when you are your most productive, how to categorize your tasks into levels of difficulty, and when to complete those tasks based on when you are your most productive.
